A fun new charcuterie experience has made its home on the east side of Sioux Falls. At Modern Meze’s new location on Sycamore Ave, we remodeled an existing space into a dining and retail environment that feels modern, inviting, and entirely their own.

Axiom managed this project from design and permitting through construction. The renovation included plumbing and concrete work, electrical and health-code upgrades, and repairs throughout the existing building. New checkered flooring, crisp black and white finishes, wallpaper, and tiling added distinctive character.

The result is a functional, well-crafted space with a style that suits Modern Meze perfectly.
