    • physical stamina to lift and carry materials, bend and kneel, and stand for long periods of time

    • prep, pour, and finish concrete foundations and flatwork

    • repair and maintain existing concrete structures

    • collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project specifications and timelines are met

    • maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols

    What You’ll Need:

    • experience in concrete work, including pouring, finishing, and repairing structures

    • proficiency in using tools such as floats, trowels, and screeds

    • physical strength and stamina to handle heavy materials and stand for long periods

    • attention to detail to ensure smooth, level finishes and adherence to specifications

    • ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
