Finding the Right Fit

For a few months before construction began, Axiom Construction Group partnered with our client to tour multiple prospective properties around the Sioux Falls area. Our team provided strategic insight on the layout, functionality, and long-term potential of each building until we found the right match. The chosen location, a former clinic on Arrowhead Parkway, offered a strong foundation for what would become the new VRA Vision Clinic.

Bringing the Vision to Life

Like in many industries, first impressions matter in healthcare. That’s why it was important to create a clean, welcoming, and professional aesthetic in this space. Axiom’s team upgraded the finishes throughout the building — repairing walls, installing new flooring and base, fresh paint, custom doors, and other finishing touches. The result is an atmosphere that puts patients at ease the moment they walk in.

Designed for Day-to-Day Use

We didn’t just make it look good—we made it work better. Our team reconfigured the interior layout to suit the clinic’s operational needs, including building a new exam room with specialty lighting and adding a privacy glass door to separate the waiting area from the clinical space. Every detail was tailored for both form and function.
