Warehouse Remodel

Des Moines, Iowa

Axiom Construction Group partnered with Central McGowan to remodel their newly acquired building in Des Moines, Iowa. The goal of this project was to reconfigure the warehouse facility to support business operations in the new location.

We kicked off the project with some demo and earthwork. Our crew removed existing concrete, nonstructural walls, and unwanted steel accessories. Then we re-poured the warehouse floor, repaired drywall, and updated lighting and electrical systems throughout the warehouse. Outside, our team made repairs to the sidewalk and pavement to enhance functionality and curb appeal.
