Axiom Construction Group partnered with Central McGowan to design and remodel their newly acquired building in Des Moines, Iowa. The goal of phase one of this project was to reconfigure the facility to support our client’s business operations in the new location.

We kicked off phase one of this project with some demo and earthwork. Our crew removed existing concrete, nonstructural walls, and unwanted steel accessories. Then we re-poured the warehouse floor, repaired drywall, and updated lighting and electrical systems in the warehouse area. Our team also made repairs to the sidewalk and pavement outside to enhance functionality and curb appeal.
